The Sustainable Travel Guides: Nafplio
Nafplio for many is a gem of the Peloponnese Peninsula. However, for me it is more than that. It is the place that my family and I have created core memories. From the time we were little kids of 4 and 2 years old. That did not change the past 6 years that I live in the Netherlands. We actually made it a family tradition to take a day trip to Nafplio. And to be frank, I look forward to it every year.
Thus, it was natural to me to implement sustainable traveling to this picturesque and historical town, and share it with you. This way you can fully plan your trip and take inspiration for when you are there, while having useful information packed with many local tips!
The Sustainable Travel Guides: Nafplio includes all the information needed for a sustainable and accessible trip to Nafplio! You can find information from accommodation, food and drinks options, culture , shopping, transportation and local tips.
I also included interesting day trips you can add to your trip, like the cities of Argos and Mycenae. There you will find museums and archeological sites that have a played a huge role on ancient Greek history. For example, in Mycenae, you can visit the castle of king Agamemnon. So if you are an ancient Greek myth retellings fan, this trip is for you.
This guide can be used by all kinds of travelers. From the ones interested in architecture, history, for the beach lovers and the mountain lovers.
When it comes to inclusivity, I made sure to clearly indicate which establishments are wheelchair accessible and have included options for people who want to plan a trip on a budget.
You can download this guide in any device, you do not need an E-Book reader. Just enjoy planning your trip! Hope you enjoy it!
