The refund – returns policy and disclaimer followed by the Sustainable Travel Guides was established after thorough research on products and services similar to the ones offered here, and have been composed in respect to European Union policies and return- refund regulations.
The products and services offered here are the eBooks, the 1:1 calls for travel advice and on-location tours. The nature of the products and services differs, thus:
- eBooks as downloadable products are Non- refundable.
- 1:1 calls as customizable service, upon mutual agreement of continuation of our collaboration, are Non- refundable.
- Tours can be partially refunded and only for parts of the tour that were not executed as planned and purchased (weather conditions excepted). To get the partial refund, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you. You will also be notified for the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
